  All 9 villas offer a five star comfort with user friendly styling. The villas are duplex style with an air conditioned living cum dining area with a bar, modular kitchen & one bedroom with a bathroom on the ground floor level. The upper floor has 2 air conditioned bedrooms with attached bathrooms with balcony & a terrace area.

Unit amenities:
Complete air conditioning, balconies, terrace, bathroom with bathtub, bathrooms with shower areas only. Tea/coffee maker, dressing table, fans, hairdryer on request, iron/ironing board on request, chairs with tables in the balconies, plush sofa set in the living area, telephone connection, cable TV, LCD TV, toiletries, cooking utensils, table top 3 burner stove with hood & gas cylinder. Cooking utensils, crockery/cutlery, glasses.
 

This tariff includes the following –

  • Accommodation for six persons for 3 nights / 4days stay in three air conditioned bedrooms.
  • Two children below five years can be accommodated with parents on sharing basis without extra bed.
  • Continental Breakfast.

Booking Confirmation –
A booking can only be confirmed against receipt of minimum 50% advance.

  • Each villa accommodates 6 persons.
  • Maximum occupancy in each villa is for 06 persons.
     
  • Children below five years have to be accommodated with parents at no extra charge.
  • For Children above 5 yrs child rates are applicable.
  • Continental Breakfast @ INR 225.00 per person per day.
  • All taxes as applicable.
  • Rates are subject to change without any intimation.

Policies and other Information
Late check out policy: Not Applicable
 

Cancellation:
Cancellation will only be accepted in writing. Verbal or Telephone cancellations will not be accepted.
Cancellations made at least 30 days prior to arrival date will receive a full refund less admin charges (advised upon receipt of cancellation notice)
Cancellations made 30-15 days from date of arrival – one night retention.
Cancellations made less than 15 days from the date of arrival – no refund.
No shows will be charged full.

No cancellations will be accepted for bookings from 22nd December to 6th January, when bookings will be accepted only upon full payment in advance.
